NHS England and NHS Improvement (Midlands) is about to open applications for its Developing Aspirant Leaders Programme (DAL) – cohort 2.

This innovative programme supports ethnic minority nurses and midwives aspiring towards a senior leadership role.

Who is eligible?

Ethnic nursing and midwifery colleagues (band 6-8a) in the Midlands

What it involves

12 months duration including 23 days of external study.

1 flexible day a week or 8 days per month
