This document sets out the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) scheme for Prescribed Specialised Services (PSS) for the two year period from April 2017 to March 2019. It should be read in conjunction with the NHS England CQUIN Guidance and Specialised Commissioning Intentions.
