This document sets out the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) indicators and metrics, to be used as part of calculating the annual payment for NHS trusts and Foundation Trusts under the NHS Payment Scheme (NHSPS) aligned payment and incentive (API) rules from 1 April 2023 (subject to the result of the consultation on the proposed 2023/25 NHSPS).
