This document sets out the proposals to mandate a standardised format the Aggregate Contract Monitoring (ACM) report and four commissioning datasets. It also sets out specific questions on which NHS England would welcome feedback. It should be read in conjuncton with the Aggregate Contract Monitoring report proposal documents available on the NHS Standard Contract 2019/20 web page.
