This Mental Health Programme of Care CQUIN scheme requires providers to develop care plans to ensure that appropriate emotional, informational and practical support is offered to partners and significant others to robustly encourage their understanding and participation in the mother’s treatment, care and recovery and to promote their bond with the infant.
