The NHS Standard Contract (shorter-form) 2016/17 is divided into three parts: the Particulars, the Service Conditions and the General Conditions. The General Conditions contain the fixed standard conditions which apply to all services and all types of provider, including mechanisms for contract management, generic legal requirements and defined terms.
