The NHS Standard Contract 2017-19 (January 2018 edition): The Service Conditions contain the generic, system-wide clauses which relate to the delivery of services. Some of these will be applicable only to particular services or types of provider. The January 2018 edition has now been superseded by the May 2018 edition.
