This is guidance on the completion of the National Variations to existing NHS Standard Contracts on 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 forms, to reflect changes which are mandatory as a result of regulatory and policy developments. The National Variations must be effected by commissioners pursuant to the NHS Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Groups (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) Regulations 2012.
