This guidance document is designed to be used in conjunction with the NHS violence prevention and reduction standard. We want to help provider organisations share and communicate risks of violence and their mitigation controls through processes that are robust and transparent. This guidance will help the implementation of a data-driven method focusing on colleague health and wellbeing.
