We have now published, for consultation, the draft 2020/21 NHS Standard Contract. Information on the consultation and on how to respond can be found on the NHS Standard Contract web page.

Following this consultation, changes which are made to the final full-length version of the generic Contract will be carried over as appropriate to the Integrated Care Provider Contract, an updated version of which will be published in due course.
