This product processes personal information (called ‘personal data’ under data protection laws) about staff from NHS England’s Data and Analytics team within the Transformation Directorate. This includes information about their skills and training needs.
The use of this product enables NHS England to support the Data and Analytics team in the Transformation Directorate in their career development, career opportunities and training; support heads of teams to prioritise training and development for their teams and budget appropriately; identify skill gaps to escalate training needs and to concentrate retaining and recruiting talent; and, as work comes in and is scheduled across teams, that the right skills and competencies are employed on the prioritised work.
The personal data is only accessible between you and your line manager. An output report is produced for senior management to be able to identify skill gaps to escalate training needs and to concentrate retaining and recruiting talent; and, as work comes in and is scheduled across teams, that the right skills and competencies are employed on the prioritised work.
