Both cover the same key concepts, and the information sheets also include mini case studies and suggestions to develop your learning further.

Using this learning as a manager or team leader

Before sharing these resources with your team, it’s worth exploring them yourself so you feel confident facilitating any conversations that follow. You can signpost them directly, raise them in team briefings, or use them to support conversations in 1:1s. Always share the support sources included in the fact sheets, and never pressure anyone into discussions they’re not comfortable with.
