Coventry & Warwickshire ICB and Herefordshire & Worcester ICB as a cluster are looking to appoint a Joint Non-Executive Member to the Boards covering both ICBs to lead on Strategic Commissioning and Population Health Management. The role is fundamental to effective Board level operation of the two ICBs and will chair the Strategic Commissioning Committee. Experience or aptitude in a Non-Executive role is essential and this opportunity may suit someone with a background in public health, population health management or strategic commissioning.

They will for a part of a new Board team taking up roles across the cluster with the first joint Board meeting scheduled for January 2026: working alongside the Chair, other Non-Executive Members, partners and the new Executive team.
