This document provides an updated Model Collaborative Commissioning Agreement for use by commissioners when they are commissioning healthcare services through the NHS Standard Contract on a multilateral basis.  This version of the Model Collaborative Commissioning Agreement is worded on the basis that the collaboration is in respect of a single contract. A separate version is available to cover situations where commissioners wish to cover multiple contracts through one collaborative agreement.
