This guidance and templates should be followed in the following circumstances:

  • when one of the parties wishes to propose a Variation to the Particulars of their local contract during the contract term; and
  • when the parties wish to update local multi-year contracts which extend beyond 31 March 2023 for the 2023/24 contract year.
