Guidance and templates that should be followed in the following circumstances:

• when one of the parties wishes to propose a Variation to the Particulars of their local contract during the contract term; and
• when the parties wish to update local multi-year contracts which extend beyond 31 March 2024 for the 2024/25 contract year.
