Join our network of model ambassadors
Our England-wide network of Model Ambassadors help to champion the Model Health System locally and offers networking and support between organisations. Feedback from ambassadors shapes the platform’s development.
Our network is one of the most engaged in the NHS and growing. We aim to have two Model Ambassadors in each trust in England.
Ambassadors work collaboratively across their local systems and have the opportunity to learn from and share with colleagues across the country.
The ambassadors support the Model Health System by:
- supporting colleagues to use the platform and raising awareness across your organisation
- providing feedback to the national team to shape future development
- networking with other ambassadors to learn from and share with each other.
What are the benefits?
- Get priority access to areas in development and shape and influence the platform.
- Advance notice of changes to the Model Health System.
- The chance to join our regular Model Ambassador Forum for further insight and discussion.
- Networking and learning with colleagues from other organisations.
- Attend our regular events and training.

We are always looking for new ambassadors to join our network. If you would like to take part:
- Check our list of model ambassador vacancies to see if there is an opening in your trust (see the ‘Ambassador programme’ on the left and open up the drop down named ‘Current Ambassador vacancies’)
- To become a model ambassador, please complete this form and a member of our team will be in touch.
You can be an ambassador if you are an NHS member of staff working for a trust.
Want to contact your Model Ambassador?
Your organisation’s model ambassador will help you to use the Model Health System. They are also there to help raise the profile of the Model Health System across your organisation and can pass on your feedback to the national team.
You can find details of your Model Ambassador on your organisation’s landing page under ‘Contact your Model Ambassador’.
