2024/25 NHS Standard Contract

The NHS Standard Contract is mandated by NHS England for use by commissioners for all contracts for healthcare services other than primary care, and has now been updated for 2024/25.

In 2022/23, we made a set of changes to the Contract which mean that the current year’s Contract is published on the NHS Standard Contract landing page, rather than on the contract year’s page (the 2023/24 or the 2024/25 page, for example).

Accordingly, the 2024/25 Contract is published below until 31 March 2024, and will be moved to the landing page on 1 April, at which point the 2023/24 Contract will be moved to the 2023/24 Contract page. For more information, please refer to section 33 of the Contract technical guidance.
