North West Case Studies of Best Practice – The People Promise: A Unifying Framework
The Northwest People Experience and Engagement Team has created a flip book of best practice case studies from our organisations across the North West region. Each of the case studies is aligned to one of the People Promise seven themes and it has been created to assist organisations in delivering the People Promise.
The themes and words that make up Our People Promise have come from those who work in the NHS. People in different healthcare roles and organisations have made it clear what matters most to them, and what would make the greatest difference in improving their experience in the workplace. This is what we should all be able to say about working in the NHS, by 2024. This is a promise we must all make to each other – to work together to improve the experience of working in the NHS for everyone. Further information about the People Promise can be accessed here
The primary purpose is to share how colleagues have enhanced people’s working experience across the North West by developing best practice across our region around Engagement, Retention and Health and Wellbeing. We would like to extend our thanks to all those colleagues who worked with us to share their best practices
