Data Services are supporting this programme of work below are some of the areas in which we are working with others to lead this agenda:

• Enable informed decisions to be made when planning for future patient services, for example by providing the data for service evaluations.
• Support the production of advanced analytics to improve health outcomes.
• Support the use of de-personalised data whilst protecting the patient’s right to privacy and protecting data.
• Supporting the flow of data across a complex social care system, to make better use of available resources.
