Request for NHS providers costs per Weighted Activity Unit (WAU) for seven different workforce areas for 2014/15 and 2015/16.

The requester asks for providers costs per Weighted Activity Unit over a 2 year period for seven workforce elements: Substantive; Nursing; Medical; Corporate, Admin and Estates; Agency; non-substantive; Healthcare science and other STT.  NHS Improvement does hold the information requested.  However we have decided to withhold the information on the basis of the exemption in Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, because this information will be published in the future, and applying the public interest test, disclosure now would involve publishing data which is potentially incomplete and explanations would be necessary to explain the current limitations.
