This page was previously used to publish data on all NHS trusts who had not signed off relevant Patient Safety Alerts issued up to October 2019 by NHS England and NHS Improvement,  as ‘action complete’ or ‘action not required’ within the designated timeframe.

As of October 2022 all of these alerts have now been signed off by NHS trusts.

Compliance data on the new National Patient Safety Alerts introduced from November 2019 are available on the Central Alerting System website.

Providers are required to sign off alerts via the Central Alerting System (CAS).
