Framework for quality assurance and improvement

The Framework of quality assurance and improvement (FQAI) will help responsible officers and organisations to provide assurance that their professional standards processes meet the relevant statutory requirements and support quality improvement. It comprises the following descriptive text and three annexes, with the latter being illustrative templates showing the information and measures that organisations should produce and review. It is a development of the original Framework for quality assurance for responsible officers and revalidation (FQA). This is still valid as a resource, for example, for organisations recently identified as a designated body. For this reason relevant components can still be accessed further down this page.
