This Find a Tender Service (FTS) supplementary guide has been developed to support relevant authorities with the publication of transparency notices on FTS, which is required by the PSR. This guide informs relevant authorities how they should complete mandatory fields in FTS and provides standard forms of wording which should be used.

These end-to-end process maps provide further detail to support individuals in relevant authorities who’ll be applying the PSR day to day. There are seven end-to-end process maps. Each one walks the reader through the key steps of the provider selection processes (direct award process A, direct award process B, direct award process C, the most suitable provider process, the competitive process); contract awards or contract modifications in urgent circumstances; or contract modifications.
