NHS Standard Contract — total antibiotic consumption

- Antibiotic consumption submission tool – PHE will publish quarterly antibiotic data directly from RxInfo Define and will not require trusts to submit data unless there are discrepancies within RxInfo data. Trusts wishing to submit their own data to PHE can do so on a quarterly basis using this submission tool. Please note that PHE are unable to accept submissions that do not use this spreadsheet in the requested format.
