Patient Led Validation (PLV)

Speeds up the patient validation process through management of mass patient validation campaigns, allowing patients to confirm they still need an appointment, relieving administrative burden, and reducing waiting time.

Manage campaigns, add patients, add questions: Create custom communication campaigns, configure relevant questions, and select patients who should be included in the campaign based on advanced filtering logic. SMS and letters can be sent to patients.
