Apply for Solution Exchange Assurance

If you have developed a product that you think is ready to be listed on the Solution Exchange, please apply to the assurance process by accessing the form on the Atamis portal.

Please note for assurance applications suppliers must align to existing Federated Data Platform (FDP) Canonical Data Model (CDM). Ideally applicants will also be on an approved framework (for example, Crown Commercial Services [CCS], Shared Business Services [SBS], London Procurement Partnership [LPP]) for legal and financial standing checks.

Please note that NHS England reserves the right to limit or pause assurance applications at any time.
