The North West Coast Clinical Networks bring together patients, carers, health and social care commissioners, providers, third sector organisations and communities. By working together we improve outcomes for patients and their families, and invest in the health of future generations.

We provide in-depth, high quality clinical leadership and advice to improve health and care services across Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Our core networks are leading the way to help transform health outcomes in the following areas:

• Diabetes
• Maternity and perinatal mental health
• Adult, children and young people’s mental health and dementia
• Respiratory
• Cardiac
• Additional networks delivering local priorities includes Stroke, and Palliative and end of life care

We provide insight, innovation and evidence to inform robust recommendations to support organisations in making the best possible decisions for the local population. This joined-up working across organisational boundaries can and will bring real improvements in health and wellbeing services.
