Three Principles of Managing Patients

  1. Appropriate follow up – Patients suffering from urgent conditions need to be managed appropriately through triage, book ins, follow-ups.
  2. Reassurance and empathy – Patients are suffering pain and it is vital to be empathetic and understanding to their condition.
