Looking After You: confidential coaching and support

We are supporting our primary care staff to stay well, recognising the additional pressures and challenges that the winter period brings. Please share with your staff and practices – over 8,000 people have benefited from one (or more) of these services.

Our three confidential coaching offers have been designed to be easily accessible and tailored to your individual needs. Experienced coaches can help you as an individual, support you to manage your team and reflect on your career goals and ambitions.
