Toolkits

RightCare toolkits support systems to understand the priorities within a given topic area and recommend the key actions to take to deliver change locally. They provide an opportunity to self-assess and benchmark current systems’ service delivery and to explore opportunities for improvement.

For each topic, RightCare toolkits aim to provide health systems with:

  • a high-level overarching national case for change
  • priorities for improvement and key high impact interventions along a pathway
  • underpinning guidance and evidence
  • implementation resources to help make change on the ground
  • a self-assessment tool to review a systems’ readiness for change

By focussing on doing the right thing, and doing it consistently for the right people, the Toolkits support improving population health and making optimal use of our collective investment in the health of our population.
