Who to contact if the personal details in a COVID-19 vaccination invitation are wrong

This page gives information on who to contact if the details are wrong in a vaccination invitation you have received from NHS England.

If your invitation is from your GP surgery or other local health service, you will need to contact the sender.

If you don’t think you’re eligible for a vaccination

NHS England uses data from your NHS record to check whether you’re eligible for vaccination. You can find out who is eligible for seasonal COVID-19 vaccinations on NHS.UK.

If you’re not sure if you’re eligible, you can speak to your pharmacist, GP or specialist.

To check what information is held on your GP record, contact your GP surgery. If they can’t help, your GP surgery might advise you to contact the NHS England Customer Contact Centre.

If you need to update your personal details

Your GP surgery can check and update the following details on your NHS record:

  • name
  • home address
  • email address
  • mobile phone number
  • date of birth

If any other details are wrong

If any other details are wrong, please contact the NHS England Customer Contact Centre.
