Implementation and delivery resource

Regional delivery managers and regional implementation leads will provide dedicated support and guide you through the set-up. A technical implementation lead will be appointed to manage implementation alongside trust leadership to ensure end-to-end success.

Change readiness

A technical and operational assessment of change readiness will support tailored interventions to enable a smooth onboarding. Supplement your internal data capabilities including product development with the support of the NHS FDP.

Training and adoption support

We offer in-person training including desk-side and classroom style training for core user groups, with focus on realising operational benefits.

Ongoing support and training through the Centre of Excellence

Onboard trusts will join the NHS FDP Centre of Excellence, which will provide ongoing change and technical support and engagement.

The Centre of Excellence will be staffed by change and adoption specialists, working closely with technical and product leads, regional leadership and the core NHS FDP Programme team.
