Gloucestershire
Gloucestershire is situated in the south west of England. With stunning views and many villages and towns located in an area of outstanding natural beauty known as the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire is an attractive place to live and work.
There are 75 practices, with 70 rated as good and 4 as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. These provide huge variety, so you will be able to find a practice which matches your clinical interests and skills.
Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, in the south west of England, are stunning counties of great contrasts. This makes them an attractive destination for living and working, as well as for tourists.
There are 84 practices, with 95% rated as good and 5% as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. These provide huge variety, so you will be able to find a practice which matches your clinical interests and skills.
Swindon, Wiltshire and Bath and North East Somerset
The City of Bath, combines history, heritage and elegant Georgian architecture with contemporary culture, whilst North East Somerset is located on the Edge of Mendip Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are 24 practices across Bath and North East Somerset which provide a huge variety, so you will be able to find a practice which matches your clinical interests and skills. In Bath and North East Somerset there are 203,912 patients registered to 24 GP practices.
Wiltshire is of equal beauty with almost half of the county designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Serving almost 494,000 patients, Wiltshire currently has 47 GP practices, with 39 rated as good and 8 as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. Meanwhile Swindon, situated in the north of Wiltshire, is one of the fastest growing towns in England with many amenities and good access routes to be able to explore the town’s green spaces and surrounding countryside. There are 23 practices, with 22 rated as good by the Care Quality Commission.
