Webinars for implementing GP online services for patients

GP Online Services has delivered a number of webinars during 2017/2018 to support practice staff in promoting and offering online services to their patients.  The topics covered are those that practices have asked for and have given the opportunity for participants to ask questions following the formal presentations.

We have a series of five new webinars in Autumn 2018 – beginning on 29 August. See details below which include joining instructions:

GP online services Webinars for Patient Participation Group (PPG) Members – August to December 2018

Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) play an important role supporting GP practices, particularly in engaging with patients.

The NHS England Primary Care Digital Transformation team is holding a series of FREE webinars aimed at PPG members to help them understand all about GP Online Services and how they can support their local practice in getting more patients to register for this service.

Webinars in the coming months are as follows:

  • Wednesday 24 October 10am – 11am
  • Monday 26 November 1pm – 2pm
  • Wednesday 12 December 10am – 11am
