NHS England Complaints Policy

NHS England’s complaints policy: This policy is currently being reviewed and updated to reflect both the transfer of the primary care complaints handling function to integrated care boards (ICBs) and the bringing together of NHS England, NHS Digital and Health Education England. From 1 July 2023 complaints to the commissioner are made directly to the local ICB rather than NHS England.
