The Group was chaired by NHS England and included members from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), NHS Digital, independent patient representatives and voluntary organisations working with affected groups (Action on Hearing Loss, CHANGE, RNIB and Sense). The Group held its final meeting on 12 April 2017.
