- If this is your last appraisal before your revalidation is due, then you must have completed at least one formal patient and colleague feedback exercise, with reflection, in this revalidation cycle for it to be possible for the responsible officer to recommend your revalidation. If you have not done this you should raise this matter with your appraiser before finalising your submission, i.e. not at the appraisal meeting.
