Primary care appointment card

Primary care contractors are encouraged to use the NHS primary care logo to raise awareness of the NHS services they provide and to signpost patients and the public to them.

Credit: Thompson Brand Partners

The NHS primary care logo can only be used on stationery for communications about NHS services.

Where a primary care contractor doesn’t have its own brand, the NHS primary care logo can be used on its own, on materials which are solely about the NHS services they provide. It should be placed top right, following sizing guidelines, and the name of the practice should appear as a heading top left.

Where the material is single colour print, the NHS primary care logo can be printed in either NHS Blue or black.

For details of how to apply the logo to other materials please see the NHS primary care logo guidelines.

Some of the examples featured across this site may have been amended to illustrate how the guidelines should be applied.
