Primary care exterior signage (fascia and window)

Primary care contractors are encouraged to use the NHS primary care logo to raise awareness of the NHS services they provide and to signpost patients and the public to them.

Ideally, the NHS primary care logo should be positioned in the top right on materials as this is where patients and the public expect to see the NHS logo.

On a fascia, it is important to leave clear space around the NHS primary care logo and ensure it is visible and not competing with other information. The only colour the logo can be reversed out of is NHS Blue.

On a window vinyl, the NHS primary care logo should be printed on a white background to ensure maximum legibility. It should be positioned where it can be clearly seen by customers.

For details of how to apply the logo to other materials please see the NHS primary care logo guidelines.

Some of the examples featured across this site may have been amended to illustrate how the guidelines should be applied.
