WorkLife Central

WorkLife Central’s website and app offer expertise and support to help you balance work with home.

WorkLife Central has extended their offer of free access to their support and resources for our NHS employees through to 31 March 2025.

Their programme consists of a curated collection of positive and practical support, delivered through expert-led webinars, seminars, support groups, peer insights, online articles, blogs and podcasts.   Their aim is to help improve wellbeing and support a healthy work / life balance.

These resources can be accessed remotely by all NHS employees:

  • The full Live Programme – live webinars, workshops, support groups and ‘ask the expert’ sessions delivered by expert speakers, streamed at 12.30pm GMT, spanning careers, wellbeing, resilience, parenting, inclusion and workplace topics.
  • On Demand Programme – ready-to-view videos, webinar recordings and bitesize video shorts, which you can access at your convenience in your own time.
  • The WorkLife Central Library: A rich collection of online content published weekly through a library of Expert Advice articles, WorkLife Stories podcast series discussing views and perspectives on relevant topics, and a popular blog series  sharing experiences of working parents.
